溶栓胶囊是由人参、白芷、没药、麝香等数味中药组成的胶囊剂,具有补气活血、消栓止痛的作用,临床上用于治疗脑血栓后遗症,心脑血管硬化症等,效果不错。但因胶囊崩解不理想,为此筛选采用了崩解剂。本文对方中人参、没药进行了薄层定性鉴别,对白芷中主要成分欧前胡素进行了薄层扫描含量测定,以考查不同崩解剂对成份的影响。
The thrombolytic capsule is a capsule composed of several Chinese herbs such as ginseng, peony, myrrh, and musk. It has the effects of replenishing qi and activating blood, eliminating thrombosis, and relieving pain. It is clinically used to treat sequelae of cerebral thrombosis and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular sclerosis. Not bad. However, due to the disintegration of the capsules, disintegrants were used for this screening. In this paper, a qualitative identification of ginseng and myrrh in the other party was carried out. Thin-layer scan content of imperatorin, the main component of Radix Paeoniae Rubra, was measured to examine the influence of different disintegrants on the ingredients.
