目的:探讨RECK基因在子宫内膜异位症发病机制中的作用及意义。方法:采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术在40例异位内膜,24例在位内膜,20例正常内膜组织中检测RECK基因的表达。结果:RECK基因在正常内膜中表达量高于在位内膜,在位内膜的表达量高于异位内膜,增生期表达量低于分泌期,且随着临床分期的进展而表达量减少(P<0.05)。结论:RECK基因与子宫内膜异位症的发生发展密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the role and significance of RECK gene in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods: The expression of RECK gene in 40 cases of ectopic endometrium, 24 cases of eutopic endometrium and 20 cases of normal endometrium was detected by RT-PCR. Results: The expression of RECK gene in normal endometrium was higher than that in eutopic endometrium, the expression level of eutopic endometrium was higher than that in ectopic endometrium, the expression of RECK gene was lower than that in secretory phase, and was expressed with the progress of clinical stage Decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: RECK gene is closely related to the occurrence and development of endometriosis.
