一、中国公关业面临新的发展机遇党的十六届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于完善社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》,为中国公关业的新发展提供了更广阔的空间和更大的舞台。深刻理解《决定》对中国公关业带来的深远影响。中国公关业面临新的发展机遇,主要表现在:1.社会主义市场经济体制从逐步建立到完善发展党的十四大明确提出建立社会主义市场经济体制的目标,十四届三中全会作出了《关于建立社会主义市场经济体制若干问题的决定》。10年来,社会主义市场经济体制已经初步建立,但还不完善,还不适应全面建设小康社会的新要求,不适应全球化趋势的加速发展和我国加入世贸组织后的新形势。十六届三中全会《决定》明确了完善社会主义市场经济体制的目标、任务、指导思想和原则,对深化经济体制改革进行了全面部署。
First, China’s PR industry faces new opportunities for development The “CPC Central Committee’s Decision on Some Issues Concerning the Improvement of the Socialist Market Economic System” adopted at the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee provides a broader space for the new development of China’s public relations industry and Bigger stage. Profoundly understand the “decision” has far-reaching impact on China’s public relations. China’s public relations industry is facing new opportunities for development. The main features are as follows: 1. From the goal of gradually establishing a socialist market economic system to perfecting the party’s 14th National Congress of the CPC, the Third Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee has made a clear proposal of establishing a socialist market economic system Decision on Several Issues Concerning the Establishment of a Socialist Market Economic System. In the past 10 years, the socialist market economic system has been basically established but it is still imperfect. It has not yet been able to meet the new requirements for building an overall well-to-do society and is not suited to the accelerated development of the globalization trend and the new situation after China’s accession to the WTO. The “Decision” of the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly defined the goals, tasks, guiding ideology and principles for perfecting the socialist market economic system and comprehensively deployed the deepened economic restructuring.
