榜样人物对身心迅速发展、处于思想品德和价值观念形成关键时期的初中生而言,其发挥的作用不言而喻;以榜样的感人事迹和优秀品质正确引导学生参与社会公共生活、促进初中学生思想品德和价值观念形成也是思想品德课程充分发挥其德育性、落实思想品德课程在学校德育中的基础性、导向性的重要途径和手段。文章围绕榜样人物在思想品德教学中的有效诠释与实践运用展开,透过榜样人物在思想品德教学中的重要性,结合教学实践案例,指出榜样人物的解读需准确、榜样人物的选取需多元、榜样人物的践行需可行。
