武山县在2011年通过“两基”国家验收后,学校在硬件设施方面有了很大改善,但在教师队伍建设特别是教师课堂教学能力方面还亟待提升。武山县有95.2%的学校为农村学校,71.2%的教师为农村学校教师。这些教师中非师范类专业毕业占30.6%,通过民办转正的占23.8%,他们的课堂教学能力相当弱。所以,该课题的研究意义是立足县域教育教学实际,通过对全县中小学教师课堂教学能力现状进行调查分析,探究提高农村学校教师新课程课堂教学能力的有效途径,以促进全县教育教学的可持续发展。
After Wushan County passed the acceptance test of “Two Basics” in 2011, the school has greatly improved its hardware facilities, but it still needs to be improved urgently in the construction of teachers ’ranks, especially in teachers’ classroom teaching. 95.2% of schools in Wushan County are rural schools, and 71.2% of teachers are rural school teachers. Among these teachers, 30.6% graduated from non-normal majors and 23.8% from non-government-funded teachers. Their teaching abilities are rather weak. Therefore, the research significance of this subject is based on the actuality of county education and teaching, through the investigation and analysis of the status quo of classroom teaching ability of primary and secondary school teachers in the county to explore effective ways to improve classroom teaching ability of rural school teachers new curriculum to promote education and teaching in the county sustainable development.
