目的分析腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治术对结肠癌的疗效及安全性。方法选择我院收治的100例结肠癌患者,按照治疗方法不同将其分为两组,观察组50例施以腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治术,对照组50例施以开腹右半结肠癌根治术;比较两组疗效。结果与对照组相比,观察组术中出血更少、排气时间更早、住院时间更短(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为8.00%,显著低于对照组24.00%(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜右半结肠癌根治术治疗结肠癌具有出血少、恢复快、安全性高等优点。
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic right colon cancer radical mastectomy for colon cancer. Methods 100 cases of colon cancer patients admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. 50 cases in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic right colon cancer and 50 cases in the control group were treated with open right colon cancer Radical surgery; compare two groups curative effect. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had less intraoperative bleeding, earlier exhaust and shorter hospital stay (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (24.00%, P <0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic right colon cancer radical surgery for colon cancer with less bleeding, rapid recovery, high safety and so on.
