我们祖国目前正轰轰烈烈地进行着伟大的社会主义建设，在这复杂而又艰巨的建设事业中，不仅需要有高度的科学技术，足够的干部，而且还要有大量的资金。我国资金的来源主要是靠自己内部的积累，党和政府一再号召我们要增产节约，克勤克俭来建设我们的祖国。最近，结合八大文件的学习，在全国范围内更进一步地开展了增产节约运动，那么，对于我们测量工作者来说，应该怎样使这一运动贯彻到实际行动中去呢？
Our motherland is now vigorously carrying out great socialist construction. In this complex and arduous task of building not only a high degree of science and technology, enough cadres, but also a lot of money, it needs. The source of our country’s capital is mainly due to its own internal accumulation. The party and the government repeatedly call on us to increase production and save money and work hard to build our motherland. Recently, with the study of the eight major documents, the campaign of increasing output and saving has been further carried out throughout the country. So how can we make this movement a reality for our measurers?
