1 概述我国的玻璃窑炉自控系统水平的提高较迅速,从过去的手工操作逐步地实现了以常规仪表构成的自控系统。尤其是本所研究设计的具有逻辑提量功能的双闭环比值调节系统在玻璃窑炉调温及燃烧过程控制的应用得到重视和推广,并取得了较好的经济效果。但由于仪表组成复杂调节回路,用表数量多、成本高、抗干扰能力低、故障率高及维修工作量大的原因,也限制了玻璃窑炉自控技术的发展和推广应用。随着计算机技术的日趋完善和成熟,在工业生产过程控制系统中得到了广泛的重视
1 Overview China’s glass furnace automatic control system to improve the level of more rapid, from the past by hand to achieve a gradual realization of the conventional instrument control system. In particular, the double-closed-loop ratio adjustment system with logical function of volume improvement has been valued and popularized in glass furnace temperature control and combustion process control, and has achieved good economic results.
