目的:观察中西医结合治疗血管神经性头痛的临床疗效。方法:将90例血管神经性头痛患者随机分为两组,对照组45例,给予口服二维三七桂利嗪胶囊、谷维素等治疗。治疗组45例,在对照组治疗的基础上加服自拟平肝疏风通络汤。结果:治愈率、总有效率治疗组分别为60.0%、91.1%;对照组分别为46.7%、71.1%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗血管神经性头痛疗效明显优于单纯使用西药。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of vascular neuropathic headache. Methods: 90 patients with vascular neuropathic headache were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 45 patients were given oral two-dimensional Panax Cinnafine capsule, oryzanol and other treatment. Treatment group of 45 cases, based on the treatment of the control group plus serving Pinggan Shufeng Tongluo Tang. Results: The cure rate and total effective rate were 60.0% and 91.1% respectively in the treatment group and 46.7% and 71.1% in the control group respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: The curative effect of combination of TCM and WM on vasogenic headache is better than western medicine.
