电火花加工机床时,要求保持工具和工件两极化之间的距离不变,其动态误差要求控制在微米级以内,因此常规的频域设计方法在这里不大适用,它只能保证系统的稳定性和频响特性,无法控制系统的误差和时间响应曲线形状。本文采用的是以控制系统的时间响应曲线为最佳的方法来进行优化设计,从而可以得到最好的加工效果。目标函数用ITAE,求取目标函数用增广矩阵快速仿真方法,这样可以大大节省机时。优化方法采用单纯形法,为避免收敛于局部最佳点,用多点出发优化,并且同时使用随机方向搜索法进行检验。
