随着办公品质的不断提高,“花园式办公”已不再是梦想。北京出现了一批优秀的写字楼项目,它们或者牺牲一部分面积,置景造园;或者改进内部的设计结构,完善配套功能;或者在建筑材料、硬件配置上有所改进,打造健康、生态、环保、节能的办公空间。这些项目有的在远离城市中心的地方,有的处在城市中心区,可见生态化是写字楼的发展大趋势。
