民以食为天,食物是人民最基本的需求,食品安全关系到我国社会的和谐发展,关系到国计民生,食品安全问题是我国迫切需要解决的问题之一。法律作为规范和调整社会关系的重要手段,是解决食品安全问题的重要工具。刑法是我国法律体系中的重要部分,也是最为严厉、最后的保障机制,在食品安全问题的解决上将会起到至关重要的作用。目前我国刑法关于食品安全的规定还存在一定的问题,只有合理解决这些问题才能更好的应对我国目前严峻的食品安全形势。
Food is the world, food is the most basic needs of the people. Food safety is related to the harmonious development of our society. It is one of the problems that China urgently needs to solve in relation to the national economy and people’s livelihood. Law as an important means of regulating and adjusting social relations is an important tool for solving the problem of food safety. Criminal law is an important part of our legal system and also the most severe and final safeguard mechanism. It will play a crucial role in the solution of food safety issues. At present, China’s criminal law on food safety regulations still have some problems, only a reasonable solution to these problems in order to better respond to China’s current harsh food safety situation.
