本实验对体外与香烟和(或)矽尘共同培养的肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)培养物上清液中酸性磷酸酶(AcP)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活性进行了测定。结果显示,AM-香烟-矽尘共同培养组上清液中AcP活性比单独的香烟或矽尘与AM共同培养组及单纯AM组高,说明香烟和矽尘对AM的影响具有协同作用。实验结果还表明我们已报导的AM-香烟-矽尘共同培养物上清液刺激人胚肺成纤维细胞生长这一现象,可能与AM某种(些)产物量的改变有关。
In this experiment, the activities of acid phosphatase (AcP) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in alveolar macrophage (AM) culture supernatants cultured in vitro with cigarette and / or silica dust were determined. The results showed that AcP activity in the supernatant of AM-Cigarette-silica co-culture group was higher than that of AM co-culture group and AM group alone, indicating that synergistic effect of cigarette and silica dust on AM was observed. The experimental results also show that the phenomenon that we have reported that the AM-Cigarette-silica co-culture supernatant stimulates the growth of human embryonic lung fibroblasts may be related to changes in the amount of some (some) AM product.
