For many years, due to various reasons, our country has not yet published the “Cartography” teaching materials for non-machine-based and less-advanced-school students. The vast majority of schools had no choice but to use engineering machinery near-class teaching materials, or self-handouts. The amount of textbooks near the machine is still too heavy; self-made handouts, such as the high cost of lead printing, ink printing and can not meet the requirements, to teaching a lot of difficulties. Under such circumstances, the Physics Department of Chongqing Teachers College invited seven institutions including Guizhou Normal University, Hanzhong Teachers College, Sichuan University, Southwest Normal University, Yuzhou University and Nanchong Teachers College
