对Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe合金板材进行了β相水淬后的不同温度退火处理,获得了初生相数量、尺寸分布的样品,研究了材料在3.5wt%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:经500℃退火后,Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe合金在部分区域出现了再结晶;合金样品中生成的Zr(Nb,Fe)_2相为密排六方(HCP)结构,晶粒尺寸小于100 nm;经550℃退火后,样品中初生相尺寸较小。在退火温度升高后,腐蚀质量降低。退火过程析出的小尺寸Zr(Nb,Fe)_2相能提升合金耐腐蚀性能。
The β-phase water-quenched Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe alloy sheets were annealed at different temperatures, and the samples of primary phase and size distribution were obtained. The corrosion behavior of the samples in 3.5wt% NaCl solution was investigated. The results show that the Zr-Sn-Nb-Fe alloy recrystallizes in some regions after annealed at 500 ℃. The Zr (Nb, Fe) 2 phase formed in the alloy sample is a hexagonal close packed hexagonal structure (HCP) Less than 100 nm; After annealing at 550 ℃, the size of the primary phase in the sample is small. After the annealing temperature increases, the corrosion quality decreases. The small size Zr (Nb, Fe) _2 phase precipitated during annealing can improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy.
