由于用ICP-MS测量岩石中痕量镉同位素比值时存在着106Pd、112Sn等核素的干扰,难以准确测量,所以需要建立岩石中镉的分离方法。本文研究了酸的用量、温度、消解时间等对消解岩石的影响,实验确定了合适的消解流程,并且研究了镉在阴离子柱上的吸附行为,确定了岩石消解液的最佳上柱酸度及解吸条件。根据实验结果给出了岩石中镉的分离流程,具体如下:
