低压管道输水以其造价低、施工简便、节水效率高、占地少、运行费用低、管材设备配套齐全等很多优点,正越来越受到各地欢迎,而且得到大量推广使用。低压地埋管道输水设计作为搞好整个工程的前提和基础也越来越受到各地重视。但笔者发现,近年来在很多低压管道工程设计中存在着较多问题,诸如:有些过于简略,施工方一头雾水;有些不顾当地情况照抄照搬,想当然选取主要设计参数等;甚至个别存在违反《节水灌溉技术标准》现象,造成了不应有的损失和浪费。存在上述问题的主要原因是:设计者没有一个明确的方法和步骤,想当然选取设计参数等。文章就低压管道输水工程的设计方法和步骤做一简单阐述,实际设计中仍应结合工程本身情况取舍。
Because of its low cost, simple construction, high water-saving efficiency, low land occupation, low running cost and complete pipe equipment, low-pressure pipelines are receiving more and more welcome from all over the world and have been widely popularized and used. Low-pressure buried pipelines as a prerequisite and foundation to improve the entire project more and more attention everywhere. However, the author has found that there are many problems in the design of many low-pressure pipelines in recent years, such as: some are too simple and the construction side is always confused; some ignore the local situation and copy and copy the main design parameters as a matter of course; and even some individual violate the “ Water-saving irrigation technology standard ”phenomenon, resulting in undue loss and waste. The main reason for the existence of the above problems is that the designer does not have a clear method and procedure and takes the design parameters for granted. The article on the low pressure pipeline water project design methods and steps to do a simple exposition, the actual design should still be combined with the project itself.
