目的 :探讨山莨菪碱 (anisodamine ,Ani)对大鼠肠系膜微循环及与安定合用时对宫颈水肿产妇宫颈微循环的影响。方法 :静注高分子右旋糖酐造成大鼠微循环障碍 ,观察Ani对肠系膜微血管管径、流速、流态的影响。宫颈水肿产妇治疗组宫颈注射Ani并静注安定 ;对照组徒手上推宫颈并加用 0 .5 %催产素静滴。结果 :Ani能明显改善微循环障碍大鼠肠系膜微血管流速和流态 ;治疗组产妇剖宫产率为 9.35 % ,明显低于对照组 (剖宫产率 81.81% )。结论 :Ani能明显改善大鼠肠系膜微循环障碍 ;Ani加安定能明显改善人宫颈水肿微循环 ,有利于阴道分娩 ,降低剖宫产率。
Objective: To investigate the effect of anisodamine (Ani) on the microcirculation of the cervix in cervix edema induced by mesenteric microcirculation and combined with diazepam in rats. Methods: The rats were induced by intravenous injection of dextran. The effects of Ani on the diameter, velocity and flow pattern of mesentery capillaries were observed. Cervical edema maternal treatment group cervical injection of Ani and intravenous stability; control group bare hands push the cervix and add 0.5% oxytocin intravenous infusion. Results: Ani can significantly improve mesenteric microvascular flow velocity and flow pattern in rats with microcirculation disturbance. Cesarean section rate in treatment group was 9.35%, which was significantly lower than that in control group (cesarean section rate was 81.81%). Conclusion: Ani can significantly improve the mesenteric microcirculation in rats; Ani plus diazepam can significantly improve the microcirculation of human cervical edema, is conducive to vaginal delivery, reduce cesarean section rate.
