本文总结了星天牛白僵菌的发现、分离和提纯,侵染力测定和应用技术的研究结果.室内对星天牛幼虫进行不同温度条件的侵染试验,平均侵染率达98.5%,且在湿度条件一致时,温度只影响白僵菌的侵染速度,而不影响侵染效果.林间五种不同施用白僵菌的对比试验结果表明:以白僵菌粘膏涂孔法效果最佳,星天牛平均死亡率达77.8%,将菌膏直接涂入蛀孔内,粘膏的主要添加剂废糖蜜不仅给白僵菌生长提供养分等优点,还引诱蚂蚁取食星天牛幼虫,防治标准株平均有蚁率为71.7%,起到双重防治作用.南方地区以春季施菌效果最好.
This article summarizes the discovery, separation and purification of Beauveria bassiana, the determination of infectivity and the application of technology.
