我国古代有较完备的官吏考核制度。本文从考核标准、考核机构、考核结果兑现及考核权威性等方面,将我国公务员考核制度与古代官吏考核制度进行对比分析,以求吸取一些合理、有益的东西,使我国社会主义公务员考核制度更加完善和科学,继续朝着良性、健康的方向发展。
