以三对电极的电磁搅拌器为研究对象,模拟计算了不同安装位置时的磁感应强度变化规律,给出了有无结晶器时内部磁感应强度与磁极的磁感应强度的对应关系,为深入了解电磁搅拌的机理提供了理论数据。
The electromagnetic stirrer with three pairs of electrodes is taken as the research object to simulate the variation of the magnetic induction intensity at different installation positions and to give the corresponding relationship between the magnetic flux density and the magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic poles in the presence or absence of the mold. The mechanism provides theoretical data.
