大学生就业难问题越来越广泛的引起了社会各界的关注,一些冷门专业的毕业生就业难问题更加突出。以普通师范院校的历史专业为例,毕业生就业主要面临三方面的问题:就业面狭窄,就业观念陈旧;就业满意度不高;社会认可度不高。之所以会有这些问题,既有院校本身的因素,也有社会因素,还有学生自身的一些因素,需要引起更多的关注和重视并采取有效措施来加以解决。
Graduates employment more and more difficult problem has aroused the attention of all walks of life, some unpopular professional graduates more difficult employment problems. Take the history majors of ordinary normal universities as an example, the employment of graduates mainly faces three problems: narrow employment, outdated employment concept, low employment satisfaction, low social acceptance. The reason for these problems is that both the institutions themselves and the social factors as well as the students’ own factors need to pay more attention and attention and take effective measures to solve them.
