例1:男,29岁,住院号74568。因本人及他人于患者头部听到“咯咯”声9个月于1984年3月6日入院。1983年6月无明显诱因,口内发出有节律性时强时弱的“咯咯”声音,他人亦能闻及,当憋住呼吸及紧咬牙齿和过大张口时声音消失,曾给予维生素、谷维素、安定等药物治疗效果不佳。既往史:1979年以来患神经衰弱。否认遗传病史。查体:距双耳1m处闻及100～140次/分“咯咯”声音,同时脉搏66次/分;双侧外耳道呈油状,双侧鼓膜标志正常,无内陷,无反
Example 1: Male, 29 years old, hospital ad 74568. He was admitted to hospital on March 6, 1984, nine months after he and his others heard a “giggle” on the patient’s head. There was no obvious incentive in June 1983 for a weak “giggle” sound to be heard when the rhythm was strong in the mouth. Others could smell the sound disappeared when holding his breath and biting his teeth and over large mouths. He had given vitamins, oryzanol , Stability and other drug treatment ineffective.
