例1:男,29岁,住院号74568。因本人及他人于患者头部听到“咯咯”声9个月于1984年3月6日入院。1983年6月无明显诱因,口内发出有节律性时强时弱的“咯咯”声音,他人亦能闻及,当憋住呼吸及紧咬牙齿和过大张口时声音消失,曾给予维生素、谷维素、安定等药物治疗效果不佳。既往史:1979年以来患神经衰弱。否认遗传病史。查体:距双耳1m处闻及100~140次/分“咯咯”声音,同时脉搏66次/分;双侧外耳道呈油状,双侧鼓膜标志正常,无内陷,无反
Example 1: Male, 29 years old, hospital ad 74568. He was admitted to hospital on March 6, 1984, nine months after he and his others heard a “giggle” on the patient’s head. There was no obvious incentive in June 1983 for a weak “giggle” sound to be heard when the rhythm was strong in the mouth.
