俄日两国互为重要邻国。经济互补性强 ,但两国经贸合作发展之缓慢和水平之低与此极不相称。俄日之间存在领土纠纷是影响两国经贸合作发展的重要原因 ,但不是全部。其中 ,俄罗斯的战略重点在其欧洲部分 ,欧洲是世界的战略重点 ,俄重视与欧盟和美国的外交关系 ,俄主要与日本发展经贸合作的东部地区经济落后。近几年俄经济衰退 ,也是影响俄日经贸合作发展的重要原因。目前 ,这些因素有的正在消失或减弱 ,有的有所加强。今后 ,俄日经贸合作在这些以及其他一些因素的共同作用下 ,其发展只能走慢车道。
Russia and Japan are important neighboring countries to each other. The economic complementarity is strong. However, the slow and low level of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries is not commensurate with this. Territorial disputes between Russia and Japan are important reasons that affect the development of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries, but not all. Among them, Russia’s strategic focus is in its European part and Europe is the strategic focus of the world. Russia attaches importance to its diplomatic relations with the European Union and the United States, and its economic backwardness lies in the eastern region where Russia mainly develops economic and trade cooperation with Japan. The economic recession in Russia in recent years is also an important reason that affects the economic and trade cooperation between Russia and Japan. At present, some of these factors are disappearing or weakened, and some have been strengthened. In the future, the economic and trade cooperation between Russia and Japan will only take a slow lane under the combined action of these and other factors.
