实现有效的大坝安全监控,其首要问题是对大坝的性态作出及时准确的评判。为此,需要将每次几百个甚至几千个测点的观测数据,与过去各自已有的上千个或上万个数据联系起来,经过加工处理、分析,迅速形成各种综合信息,以了解、掌握、解释大坝运行性态和判断有无不正常迹象,为大坝安全运行提供保障。这个任务可在微机环境下由建立的大坝安全监测数据处理和分析系统来实现。我院与西北勘测设计院共同完成了“七五”国家科技攻
