目的探讨饮食护理干预对食道癌患者放疗期间营养状况的影响。方法选择2015年6月~2016年5月本院收治的110例食管癌放疗患者,将患者随机分为两组,对照组患者常规饮食,观察组患者采取饮食护理措施进行干预,对患者营养状况进行评价。结果在营养状况方面,观察组患者血红蛋白水平、血清白蛋白水平以及淋巴细胞计数情况显著好于对照组患者,两组患者对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明观察组患者营养状况好于对照组患者。结论饮食护理干预能够显著改善食道癌患者放疗期间的营养状况,保证患者有良好的机体性能,保证患者有良好的生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of dietary nursing intervention on the nutritional status of patients with esophageal cancer during radiotherapy. Methods A total of 110 patients with esophageal cancer treated in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into two groups.
