建立利用高效液相色谱测定黑木耳中甲醛的一种方法。用衍生液提取样品中的甲醛,反应生成甲醛衍生物,液相色谱法测定。色谱条件为:色谱柱C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)、流动相为乙腈-乙酸钠缓冲液(V/V,50︰50)、流速1.0 m L/min、柱温40℃、检测波长365 nm、进样量20μL。甲醛的线性范围为5~100 ng/m L,线性回归方程为Y=2.915 6X-16.346 4,在鲜木耳和干木耳中加入约为本底值的0.5,1和2倍的甲醛,其平均回收率为87.60%~93.25%。方法的检出限(S/N=3)为2 mg/kg。该方法操作简单,稳定性和重现性好,结果准确度高,适用于黑木耳中甲醛含量的分析测定。
