牙本质过敏是临床上常见的一种牙体疾病,主要表现为暴露的牙本质在外界化学、温度、机械或渗透性刺激下所发生的异常酸软疼痛感觉。虽然对牙本质过敏的疼痛传导方式至今仍不甚了解,但在过敏的处理治疗上已有了多种方法。从一九八七年初以来,我们开始应用氢氧化钙糊剂作牙本质脱敏处理,经临床应用20例,取得较满意的效果。材料与方法我们共应用氢氧化钙治疗牙本质过敏病人20例,41颗患牙,其中男9人,女11人,多为40～50岁的中年人。经检查多数后牙(牙合)面中到重度磨损,龈萎缩至牙颈部暴露,部份釉质脱落,能用探针探到敏感点,冷热试验敏感,无龋病或龋已充填,无
Dentinal hypersensitivity is a common dental disease in the clinic. It is mainly manifested as the sensation of abnormal pain and soreness of the exposed dentin under the external chemical, temperature, mechanical or osmotic stimulation. Although the way of transmission of pain to dentin hypersensitivity is still poorly understood, there are many ways of treating allergies. Since the beginning of 1987, we started to apply calcium hydroxide paste for dentin desensitization. After clinical application, 20 cases achieved satisfactory results. Materials and Methods We used a total of calcium hydroxide treatment of dentin hypersensitivity in patients with 20 cases, 41 teeth, including 9 males and 11 females, mostly middle-aged 40 to 50 years old. After examination of the majority of posterior teeth (occlusal) face to severe wear, gingival recession to the dental neck exposure, part of the enamel loss, can probe to the sensitive point, hot and cold test sensitive, caries-free or caries have been filled, no
