社会保障法律制度可以说和我们每一个公民的切身利益都息息相关,一个国家社会保障法律制度完善与否,从某种意义上体现了这一国家公民幸福指数的高与低。文章通过对我国当前社会保障法律制度存在问题的分析,及针对这些问题及表现制订相应的对策,充分说明建立健全社会保障法律制度的重要性。
The legal system of social security can be said to be closely linked to the vital interests of each of our citizens. Whether a country’s social security legal system is perfected or not reflects, in a certain sense, the high and low of the national citizen’s happiness index. Through the analysis of the existing problems of the legal system of social security in our country and the corresponding countermeasures against these problems and manifestations, the article fully explains the importance of establishing and improving the legal system of social security.
