目的分析使用益气活血汤与高压氧联合治疗老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床疗效及价值。方法从2015年3月—2017年3月期间该院收治的老年性下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者中选取87例,将使用高压氧治疗的38例作为对照组,将高压氧联合益气活血汤治疗的另39例作为实验组,对比分析两组治疗后的疗效。结果治疗以后,实验组足背动脉、胭动脉内径和血流量、血清NO、血清ET-1及总有效率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气活血汤与高压氧联合治疗老年下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床疗效确切,可推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and value of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of senile arteriosclerosis obliterans. Methods From March 2015 to March 2017, 87 patients with senile arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremity arteriosclerosis admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the control group. Hyperbaric oxygen combined with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction The other 39 cases as experimental group, comparative analysis of two groups after treatment. Results After treatment, the dorsalis pedis artery, cochlear artery diameter and blood flow, serum NO, serum ET-1 and total effective rate in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment of elderly patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans clinical efficacy and can be generalized.
