知识经济的到来加速了各界对人力资源的研究、开发和应用。我国作为世界上人力资源最丰富的国家,由于劳动力整体素质不高,人力资源的潜力还没有转化为人力资源的现实优势。加强人力资源开发已经成为事关我国经济发展后劲和增强国际竞争力的一项重大而紧迫的任务。
The advent of a knowledge-based economy has accelerated the research, development and application of human resources in all walks of life. As the country with the richest human resources in the world, our country’s human resources have not yet become the reality advantage of human resources due to their low overall quality. Strengthening human resources development has become a major and urgent task concerning the stamina of our economy and the enhancement of international competitiveness.
