【Objective】 The objective of this study was to reveal the variation patterns of the morphological traits of Cicada. 【Method】 Through the observation and measurement of 17 microscopic morphological traits in 15 populations and 75 Cicadaeides, SAS 8.1 software was used to describe the microscopic morphological characteristics of Corynebacterium sp. Q cluster analysis to obtain Corynebacterium microspore morphometry data. 【Result】 The results showed that there were two types of conidia in the genus Cicadae. The morphology of sporulating cells could be divided into two types: gourd-like and bottle-shaped. Cistanche tubulosa easily formed a large number of chlamydospores in the PDA medium, Hyphae can form fusion mycelium, and observed a small amount of fusion mycelium in chlamydospore and mycelium, sporulation between cells. Descriptive analysis showed that the coefficient of variation (CV) of 17 morphological traits was between 13.07% -104.09% and showed abundant variation at the species level. The nested analysis of variance showed that Corynebacterium sp. The average variance component of the morphological traits among the populations accounted for 11.29% of the total variation, the average variance component of the individuals within the population accounted for 15.27% of the total variation, and the average variance component among the observations within the strains accounted for 73.44% of the total variation. 【Conclusion】 The morphological variation of Cicustemon ceratophyllum is abundant, which is the main source of morphological variation. There is no obvious geographical correlation between the microscopic morphological traits of Cicada.
