烤好的烟叶,距销售还有一段时间。在保管过程中贮存方法不当,会使烟叶发霉变质降低等级,重者失去使用价值减少烟农收入。因此,烤好烟叶的保管也十分重要。1.水分控制.烟叶是具有毛细管的多孔体,含有糖分、蛋白质、果胶等亲水性强物质。因此烤好的烤叶应贮存在干燥的场所。如果烟叶含水率在15%以上,堆放10天,就会发热变红变暗,严重的发霉或腐烂。含水率过低也不好。一般含水率在12%左右为宜(贮存室相对湿度在70%以下),温度在25℃以下为宜。
