1989年以来,曲家店乡以刊授党校为载体,大力培养乡村两级干部。到目前为止,已毕业学员227人,在校学员42人。其中有128人担任了村级领导职务;72人获得了初级以上技术职称;乡里为184人兑现了知识分子补贴。我们的主要做法是:一、制定政策,形成良好的育人机制曲家店乡位于昌图县西北部,距县城90公里,地理位置比较偏僻,人才奇缺,特别是村级人才更缺,选一个村干部十分困难。正在我们束手无策的时候,县委号召我们利用刊授党校培养乡村两级干部,尤其是村级干部。这一决策,为我们培养人才提供了载体和方便,引起了乡党委的高度
