社区教育是一项系统工程,需要政府主导、各方协同参与。社区学校作为社区教育主阵地,应将办学转变为服务,以提高社区教育服务能力为己任,推进社区教育发展。2011年7月,笔者离开工作15年之久的基础教育,来到上海市普陀区石泉路街道社区学校担任常务副校长。经过几年的努力,学校先后获得上海市社区学校观摩点、上海市社区教育先进单位、上海市示范性老年学校、上海市标准化社区学校等荣誉称号;同时,街道先后被评为上海市社区教育实验街道、上海市学
Community education is a systematic project, which requires the government to take the lead and involve all parties involved. As the main front of community education, community schools should turn their schools into service, and take community education service as their responsibility to promote the development of community education. July 2011, I left the work of 15 years of basic education, came to Putuo District of Shanghai Shiquan Road Street Community School as executive vice president. After several years of efforts, the school has access to Shanghai community schools to observe the point, the Shanghai community education advanced units, Shanghai model elderly schools, Shanghai standardized community schools and other honorary titles at the same time, the street has been rated as community education in Shanghai Experimental Street, Shanghai Studies
