目的:观察中药酸枣仁皂甙A对青霉素钠诱导产生的大鼠海马脑片CAI区兴奋性放电的抑制作用。 方法:细胞外记录离体大鼠海马脑片CAl区锥体细胞层群体峰电位。结果:青霉素钠500、1000和2000kU/L可剂量依赖地诱导海马脑片上CAl区神经元的兴奋。苯巴比妥钠0.02-0.05g/L和酸枣仁皂甙A0.05-0.10g/L都可以剂量依赖性地抑制这种青霉素钠诱发的兴奋反应。结论:高剂量的酸枣仁皂甙A能够抑制青霉素钠诱导的海马CAl区兴奋性电位。群峰电位(PS)的个数和第一个峰电位的幅度受到的抑制较明显,而兴奋性突触后场电位的变化不大。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the inhibitory effect of jujuboside A on excitatory discharge of hippocampal CA1 region induced by sodium penicillin in rats. Methods: The peak potentials of pyramidal cells in the hippocampal CA1 region of rat hippocampal slices were recorded extracellularly. Results: 500, 1000 and 2000 kU / L penicillin could induce the excitability of neurons in the CA1 area of the hippocampal slices in a dose-dependent manner. Phenobarbital 0.02-0.05g / L and jujuboside A 0.05-0.10g / L can be dose-dependent inhibition of this penicillin-induced excitatory response. Conclusion: High-dose Jujuboside A can inhibit penicillin sodium-induced excitatory potential in hippocampal CA1 region. The number of peak potentials (PS) and the amplitude of the first peak potential were more obviously inhibited, while the changes of excitatory postsynaptic potentials were not obvious.
