推进供给侧结构性改革,是当前和今后一段时期我国改革发展的重大战略部署。为积极稳妥落实去产能、去库存、去杠杆、降成本、补短板等结构性改革重点任务,2月19日重庆市在全国率先出台《重庆市推进供给侧结构性改革工作方案》,将形成1个总体方案、4个专项方案和若干任务清单“1+4+X”的工作体系。其中,总体方案包括57项重点任务。十天后的2月29日,广东省政府也印发《广东省供给侧结构性改革总体方案(2016—2018年)》及《广东省供给侧结构性改革去产能行动计划(2016—2018年)》等五个行动计划。《总体方案》拟将积极妥善处置“僵尸企业”
Promoting the supply-side structural reform is a major strategic plan for the reform and development in our country for the present and in the forthcoming period. In order to actively and steadily implement the key tasks of structural reforms such as capacity reduction, inventory reduction, leverage reduction, cost reduction and make up for shortcomings, on February 19, Chongqing Municipality took the lead in introducing the “Chongqing Municipality’s Work Plan on Promoting Supply-side Structural Reform” Formed a general program, four special programs and a number of tasks list “1 + 4 + X ” system of work.
