一、概述汉江丹江口水利枢纽,根据坝址处水(?)、地质、地形条件结合水工布置,经过详细的施工导流规划的论证,采用分两期导流,第一期先围右岸的方案。由于坝址处20年一遇洪峯流量达34,500秒公方,纵向围堰段平均流速达10秒公尺左右,在深达20余公尺河床复盖层上建造抵挡如此巨大流速的纵向围堰是十分困难。根据进度安排,导流规划提出先作一道低水围堰防御11月至5月份20年一遇的7,830秒公方流量,在低水围堰的保护下再修建抵御汛期洪水的高水围堰。本文仅就低水围堰修筑中的几点体会提出讨论。由于施工期间收集资料不够,水平也很有限,不当之处希予指正。
