针对大庆某厂高压锅炉省煤器爆管事故的研究分析，确认爆管的主要原因是瞬时超温过热，短期超温过热的起因则是排烟温度过高导致二次燃烧。
Aiming at the research and analysis of the economizer squib explosion of a high-pressure boiler in Daqing, it is confirmed that the main reason of squibing is the over-temperature transient overheating. The cause of overheating over short-term overheating is that the overheating of the exhaust gas leads to the secondary combustion.
