目的:分析肺癌手术患者围术期中舒适护理的应用效果。方法:在本次研究中选择2016年1月-2017年1月我院收治的72例肺癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,分别给予常规护理和舒适护理,对效果进行分析。结果:在本次研究中对对照组和观察组的护理效果分析,实践证明,对照组和观察组的优良率为72.2%和91.7%,观察组的综合效果明显优于对照组。对对照组和观察组的不良反应率对比,实践证明观察组的不良反应率低于对照组。结论:对肺癌患者采用舒适护理措施,其效果明显,能帮助患者尽快康复,值得推广和应用。
Objective: To analyze the effect of comfort nursing during perioperative period in lung cancer patients. Methods: In this study, 72 patients with lung cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients were given routine nursing and comfortable nursing respectively, and the effect was analyzed . Results: In this study, the control group and the observation group of nursing effect analysis, the practice proved that the control group and observation group was 72.2% and 91.7%, the comprehensive effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group. Adverse reaction rate of the control group and observation group comparison, the practice proved that the observation group adverse reaction rate was lower than the control group. Conclusion: Comfortable nursing measures for patients with lung cancer, the effect is obvious, can help patients recover quickly, it is worth promoting and application.
