水土流失是冀西北黄土丘陵区土地退化和农业经济落后的主要原因之一。而不合理的土地利用结构,粗放耕作,广种薄收等因素又使该区土壤侵蚀日益严重。本文应用遥感方法通过对典型试区涿鹿县石瓮小流域土壤侵蚀的定量分析和土地利用现状的调查及其主要问题的剖析,将水土保持规划和土地利用结构优化有机地结合了起来,充分体现了水土保持的综合治理原则和土地资源合理利用原则,以及生态效益和经济效益科学统一的原则。初步提出了一套河滩水浇地基本农田带——梁峁缓坡地集约经营梯田果林带一梁峁陡坡地旱作果粮间作带——梁峁顶部缓坡地旱粮作物带——土-石过渡区、石质山灌木林和用材林带的以农果为主、多种经营立体布局的小流域综合治理和土地利用模式,在冀西北黄土丘陵区具有推广意义。
Soil and water loss is one of the main causes of land degradation and backward agricultural economy in the loess hilly region of northwestern Hebei. However, irrational land-use structure, extensive farming and a wide variety of thin-harvesting have made the soil erosion worse and worse. In this paper, the quantitative analysis of soil erosion and the status quo of land use and the analysis of the main problems of soil erosion in Shiweng small watershed in Zhuole County of the typical pilot area are conducted by using remote sensing method. The optimization of soil and water conservation planning and land use structure are organically integrated, Embodies the principle of comprehensive management of soil and water conservation and rational utilization of land resources, and the principle of scientific unity of ecological benefits and economic benefits. A set of basic farmland zone with riverbank irrigated land was preliminarily put forward - the intensive management of the ridge farmland with fruit trees and forest belts with steep slopes of beam and steep slope - The transitional area, the rocky mountain shrubbery and the timber forest belt mainly dominate the agricultural products. The comprehensive management of small watershed and the mode of land use for diversified management of three-dimensional layout have the promotion significance in the loess hilly region of northwestern Hebei.
