钳工实训是中等职业学校一项重要的专业实训课程。在教学过程中如何提高学生的技能水平也是见仁见智。本文将心理学中的练习曲线和高原现象与钳工的教学实施方法相结合,提出了一些思考。
Fitter training is an important vocational training courses for secondary vocational schools. In the teaching process how to improve students’ skill level is also a matter of opinion. In this paper, the psychology of the practice curve and the phenomenon of plateau fitter with the implementation of teaching methods, put forward some thinking.
