为了确定啤酒大麦(Hordeum VulgareL.)籽粒蛋白质含量的选择效率,研究了四个杂种群体。1980年在美国明尼苏达州 CrooKston、每个群体种植40—60个 F_5品系、不设重复。选择区段内以对照品种为标准、选择籽粒蛋白质含量低于对照品种20%的系和高于10%的系。1981年在明尼苏达州 st.Paul和 Crookston 种植入选的系、重复试验,四个群体的籽粒蛋白质含量的现实遗传力(HR)平均值为54%,范围18—100%,籽粒蛋白质含量与籽粒产量是无关的、而蛋白质含量与籽粒饱满度表现一种反复不定的关系。这样发现表明早期世代材料在单行区种植时对蛋白质含量选择是有效的。
In order to determine the efficiency of selection of the grain protein content of Hordeum vulgare L., four hybrid populations were studied. In 1980, at Crookston, Minnesota, USA, 40-60 F_5 lines were planted in each group without duplication. In the selection section, the control varieties were used as the standard, and the grain protein content was selected to be lower than that of the control species by 20% and higher than 10%. In 1981, the selected lines were planted in St. Paul and Crookston, Minnesota. Repeated tests showed that the actual heritability (HR) of the grain protein content of the four populations was 54%, ranging from 18% to 100%. The correlation between grain protein content and grain yield Is irrelevant, while the protein content and grain plump performance of an indefinite relationship. This finding suggests that early generation materials are effective for protein selection when planted in a single row.
