一、坚持党的基本路线不动摇,关键是坚持“以经济建设为中心”不动摇。怎样围绕“一个中心”加强党的建设?其一,从思想观念方面说,要使全党牢固树立以经济建设为中心的思想。其二,从党的领导工作的布局方面说,党和国家的各项工作都要自觉地服从和服务于这个中心。坚持党的基本路线不动摇,关键是坚持以经济建设为中心不动摇;紧紧围绕党的基本路线加强党的建设,关键是党的建设要服从于、服务于经济建设这个中心。二、把“以经济建设为中心”同“坚持四项基本原则,坚持改革开放”这两个基本点紧密结合起来。《纲要》指出,邓小平“反复强调‘这两个基本点是相互依存的’,一再要求在实际工作中把一个中心、两个基本点紧密结合起来”。四项基本原则是我们党一贯坚持的,是实现四个
