分层多次高压注浆锚固技术是治理破碎岩体高陡边坡的有效方法,注浆次数是该技术的关键参数之一。通过力学及注浆理论分析,得到锚固效果主要受锚固体浆脉和岩体的接触面积的影响。对初次及多次高压注浆浆脉的发展进行系统分析,提出了分层多次高压注浆锚固技术工艺流程。将岩石注浆前后渗透率的变化作为衡量浆岩结合表面积的指标,得到了基于可靠概率的注浆次数判别方法。结合某公路工程实例,提出了分层多次高压注浆锚固系统工作状态的可靠性判别标准并进行了概率计算,得到最佳注浆次数为4次。通过岩体渗透性和拉拔力测试,验证了判别方法的准确性。
Layered multi-stage high-pressure grouting and anchoring technology is an effective method to control the high-steep slope of broken rock mass. The number of grouting is one of the key parameters of this technology. Through mechanics and grouting theory analysis, the anchoring effect is mainly affected by the contact area of anchor slurry and rock mass. The systematic analysis of the development of the first and many high-pressure grouting slurry veins was made, and the technological process of multi-layer high-pressure grouting and anchoring technology was put forward. Taking the change of permeability before and after grouting as an index to measure the surface area of the bond between the rock and grout, the method of determining the number of grouting based on reliable probability was obtained. Combined with a highway engineering example, the reliability criterion for operating status of multi-grouting high-pressure grouting in stratified layers was proposed and the probability calculation was made. The optimal number of grouting was 4 times. Through the rock permeability and pullout test, the accuracy of the discriminant method is verified.
