职工队伍类型分化的含义及其研究重点所谓企业职工队伍类型分化,是指在内外因素作用下,原有的企业职工队伍类型发生很大变化,并出现一些新的类型和群体,而且从经济地位、政治态度、文化素质、择业条件、敬业精神等方面来看,各类型(群体)之间差别逐渐拉大,并对企业的发展带来很大影响。因此,在探索加强职工队伍建设、搞活搞好国有企业的过程中,不能不对企业职工队伍类型分化问题给予充分重视,加以研究解决。与职工队伍类型分化有关的因素甚多,诸如职工的经济收入状况、政治态度、文化教育和职业技能水平、择业心理和就业充分程度、职业满意程度和敬业精神、人际关系状况、社会活动参与程度等等。这些因素都不可忽视,而其中对职工队伍建设影响最大和最直接的因素,是职工的经济收入变化状况。本文拟从现代劳动经济分析的角度,对国有企业职工队伍类型分化问题中的职工收入差距拉大现象及其相关问题做一些探讨分析。
The meaning of the differentiation of the type of workforce and its research focus The so-called differentiation of the types of workforce in the enterprise means that the original type of workforce has undergone great changes, and some new types and groups have emerged, as well as economic status. With regard to political attitudes, cultural qualities, job selection conditions, and professionalism, the differences between various types (groups) are gradually widening, and they have a great influence on the development of enterprises. Therefore, in exploring the process of strengthening the construction of the workforce and invigorating the state-owned enterprises, we must give full attention to the problem of the differentiation of the workforce of the company and study and resolve it. There are many factors related to the differentiation of workforce types, such as employees’ economic income status, political attitudes, cultural education and vocational skill levels, job selection psychology and employment adequacy, job satisfaction and professionalism, interpersonal relationships, and participation in social activities. and many more. These factors cannot be ignored. The most influential and direct factor in the construction of the workforce is the change in the economic income of employees. From the perspective of modern labor economic analysis, this article intends to do some research on the phenomenon of the widening of the employee income gap in the state-owned enterprise workforce type differentiation and related issues.
