从2000年1月1日起,我国开始实行处方药与非处方药分类管理办法。这是自建国以来我国在麻醉药品、精神药品、医疗用毒性药品、放射性药品和戒毒药品分类管理办法之后,又一个新的药品分类管理办法。 将药品按处方药和非处方药分类管理不是药品属性的区分,而是管理上的界定。和处方药相比,非处方药只不过是使用方便、较为安全而已。绝不能误认为非处方药就不是药品,就可以随便购买、使用了。药品本性决定非处方药也必须合理选用。
From January 1, 2000 onwards, China began to implement prescription drugs and non-prescription drugs classification management approach. This is yet another new drug classification management measure since the founding of our country after the classification management methods of narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs, medical toxic drugs, radioactive drugs and drug addicts. The classification of medicines by prescription and over-the-counter medicines is not a distinction between the attributes of medicines but a management definition. OTC drugs are more convenient and safer than prescription drugs. Never mistakenly believe that non-prescription drugs are not drugs, you can easily buy, use. The nature of medicines determines that non-prescription medicines must also be properly selected.
