大班毕业会演不仅承载着孩子们对幼儿园生活的美好回忆,更寄托着教师们对幼儿进入人生新阶段的美好期许。如何让幼儿尽情展现自我,乐意参与毕业会演是其核心和关键。本文根据现阶段出现的毕业会演等同于教师主场秀、毕业会演等同于个人才艺秀等问题,分析其原因,并结合幼儿园的实践,提出以下递进式策略:群策群力,确定节目;自我推荐,节目认领;自创剧本,自编自导;协同合作,调整预演,从而有效促进大班幼儿统合综效的能力。
