目的:从新疆天山花楸叶中提取总黄酮,并测定其含量。方法:用索氏提取器提取、超声提取两种方法提取天山花楸叶中的总黄酮,并用标准曲线法在500nm波长处进行测定。结果:在8μg/mg~48μg/mg范围内浓度与吸光度值有良好的线性关系,含量测定结果为1.05%和1.02%。平均回收率为96.6%,相对标准偏差为1.4%。结论:测定方法简便,快速,稳定性良好。
OBJECTIVE: To extract total flavonoids from the leaves of Sorbus tianschanica in Xinjiang and determine its content. Methods: Total flavonoids were extracted from leaves of Sorbus tianschanica by extraction with Soxhlet extractor and ultrasonic extraction. The total flavonoids were extracted from leaves of Sorbus tianschanica by standard curve method at 500 nm wavelength. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the concentration and the absorbance value in the range of 8μg / mg ~ 48μg / mg, and the results were 1.05% and 1.02%. The average recovery was 96.6% with a relative standard deviation of 1.4%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and stable.
