国家自然科学基金委员会已发布《1987年科学基金项目指南》。《指南》除介绍各学科领域的研究范围、内容、发展趋势以外,具体内容有三个层次。第一层次阐明科学基金资助的主要范围,给科技人员以充分自由探索的余地,为真正具有突出创见的科学家显示新思想、新发现或新方法提供舞台;第二层次为鼓励申请的研究领域;第三层次为定向课题,除反映学科发展趋势之外,更重要的是反映国家建设和科学事业发展的需
National Natural Science Foundation of China has released the “1987 Science Fund Project Guide.” In addition to introducing the scope, content and development trend of various disciplines, the Guide has three levels of detail. The first level clarifies the main scope of the funding of the Science Fund and gives scientists and scientists enough room to explore for new ideas, new discoveries or new methods for scientists who truly have outstanding ideas.
